If salary packaging will not provide the employee with a financial benefit equivalent to at least double the fee, then the fee (payable on return of the questionnaire) is guaranteed to be fully refunded within 7 days.
For employees whose employer doesn’t offer salary packaging:
Return Salary Packaging will contact the employer on behalf of the employee and offer a free consultation.
This consultation is designed to explain the benefits of salary packaging to the employer and, if required, discuss how Return Salary Packaging can assist them with the implementation of salary packaging in their organisation.
Where the employer utilises Return Salary Packaging to maintain their salary packaging policy, Return Salary Packaging will provide free personalised assessments to all of the employer’s employees.
How can employees be sure that their personal information is kept confidential?
Return Salary Packaging is sensitive to the fact that the information employees provide is highly confidential in nature.
As a CPA business, Return Salary Packaging is governed by the strict professional code of conduct of CPA Australia.
This code of conduct has very specific obligations for all CPA businesses which includes confidentiality.
All clients can therefore be assured that all information provided in any communication with Return Salary Packaging will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
No information will be provided to anyone outside of Return Salary Packaging without the expressed written consent of the client.
