Return Salary Packaging is a fully owned and operated Australian business. The business was established in Melbourne in 2005 by its Principal, Amanda Sole.
Amanda is a qualified CPA (Certified Practising Accountant) and holds a CPA Public Practice Certificate. She has worked as an accountant in commerce and industry in a variety of fields over the past 15 years. Over the last 10 years she has been responsible for establishing and maintaining salary packaging policies for various employers.
It became more and more evident that salary packaging was a mystery to most people and that very few people were enjoying the benefits that salary packaging could provide.
In 2005, after showing many co-workers and friends how they could benefit from salary packaging, Amanda established Return Salary Packaging.
Today, Return Salary Packaging is dedicated
to educating employees and employers alike about the benefits of salary packaging as
well as assisting them to implement their policies
and procedures in the most tax-effective
and efficient way.
We are not affiliated with any other service providers such as finance companies, fleet operators or motor vehicle traders and as such do not receive any commissions from any of these service providers. Therefore, clients can be assured that Return Salary Packaging’s advice is independent and completely impartial.

Return Salary Packaging provides a personalised assessment for employees which shows whether or not they can financially benefit from salary packaging.
Return Salary Packaging provides a free initial consultation for employers and then ongoing advice, training and support on setting up and maintaining a salary packaging policy.
